By using Twine you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Twine is

Twine is a private space for two people to share how they feel, what they need, small messages and date plans. It is a communication tool, not medical, psychological or relationship advice.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You may only invite a partner who consents to sharing this kind of information with you, and you must not use Twine to pressure, monitor or harass anyone.

Your content

You own what you write. You grant us only the technical rights needed to store it and deliver it to your partner. Do not post content that is illegal, or that you do not have the right to share.

Your responsibility

Your access is tied to a secret key on your device. Keep your "Use on a new phone" link private; anyone with it can read your space. We cannot recover access to a space if both devices and links are lost.

Availability

Twine is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service, and will make reasonable efforts to give notice in the app before doing so.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeBetterHuman LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Twine. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, which is zero.

Termination

You can stop using Twine and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend spaces that are used to abuse the service or other people.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
